There are a number of options available for your V-Button program. Some options are included in the standard package, some cost nominally more. Contact your sales representative regarding the specific charges. If you have any additional questions, contact Support at 1-866-V-BUTTON.


Production Options: The V-Button production you are creating is designed to be an effective combination of production techniques and program content. These production options may add to the style and impression your program generates.

Music Selections:
Option Price: Any of these Music clips are FREE!
WebcastingTV provides the following music clips for use in your V-Button program. Play each of these selection and note the title of the one you prefer. They are designed to be used as "background" music, played behind your on-camera dialog. These clips are just 30 seconds, but longer versions of them are available. The music tracks below are copyrighted and are only for use in V-Button programs. WebcastingTV has paid for "unlimited" usage by our clients, but only within programs we have produced.
Customer Provided Music: If you would like to use another piece of music, you will need to provide WebcastingTV with documentation which demonstrates your right to use that track. The documentation must include written consent from the music writer, performer, and recording company.

Professional Narrators:
Option Price: Narrator prices vary from $75 to $150 per script.
Most V-Button programs are produced using the business owner as the on-camera "talent". But, if you would prefer to use a professional spokesperson to read your script, there are a variety of choices. Watch some of the examples below.

Special Effects:
Option Price: Adding Special Effects adds $250 per script.
The typical V-Button program is produced without any special effects. Some easy effects to add into your program are "transitional" effects, such as cross-dissolves or wipe-patterns. More sophisticated effects such as digital zooms or page-turns add more "high-tech" polish. In general, special effects don't affect the information in a show, they affect your "impression" of a show. Add them if you think they will improve the communication of your message. Custom Graphics:
Option Price: Adding Custom Graphics adds $25 per page.
Nearly all V-Button programs have some computer generated graphics included in the program. Items such as word-slides, speaker titles, and company logos are typical. More complicated graphics and animation are also available. Designing and creating custom graphics take extra time and additional charges will apply. Watch some examples below. Your Producer can estimate the amount of work involved.
     
     
     


Player Skins:
Option Price: Adding Custom Skins adds $150 per skin.
The blue "body" of the V-Button that appears behind the video window is called a "skin". Each V-Button can have a unique skin that you design. Below are some examples of custom skins. You can create one of your own, or WebcastingTV can .
     
     
     


Extended Player:
Option Price: Setting up an Extended player is $250.
Any "standard" V-Button can be converted to an "Extended" V-Button. The difference is the extra buttons along the right side of the player. These buttons can link to additional video clips, web pages, or email addresses. WebcastingTV charges to "setup" the player, but then you can use it anywhere you use the standard player. Using your V-Button as a Television Commercial:
Option Price: 30-second TV commercial from your V-Button is "custom bid".
Even though commercials are shorter (V-Button programs are up to 3 minutes long), commercials are usually more complicated and include custom graphics, special effects, and professional spokespeople. The video images that we shoot for the V-Button are "broadcast quality" but the shooting techniques we use are better suited for "streaming" video than "broadcast" video. If you would like to create a commercial in addition to a V-Button program, or instead of, then let your Producer know that before the shooting date. The Director who shoots your programs will shoot extra material to use in the commercial. Creating a commercial will take more shooting and editing time. Extra charges will apply.
     
     
     



Using your V-Button on a CD or Videotape:
Option Price: Creating a master CD is $200, making a video tape is $50.
A V-Button program can be transferred to any other "video" format. It can be put on a DVD, CD, videotape, built into a PowerPoint, or attached as a file to an email. The V-Button package you have purchased may include different combinations of these. Contact your sales representative about obtaining alternate media format of your V-Button program.
